Get answers to common questions about Touch up - Volume.
We recommend touch ups every 2–3 weeks to maintain optimal volume and shape. If your lashes are more than three weeks old, they will be charged as a full set, so booking within this window keeps upkeep affordable and consistent.
If your extensions are over three weeks old, they often require a full set to rebuild structure and uniformity. In that case our policy charges for a full set; we’ll assess your lashes and recommend the best restoration plan during your appointment.
Yes — your artist can increase or reduce density during a refill based on remaining natural lashes and desired look. Availability depends on retention; extreme changes might be better suited to a full set for durable, balanced volume and safety.
A volume touch up generally takes 45–75 minutes depending on how many extensions need replacing and your desired density. Your technician will give an accurate timeframe when assessing retention at the start of the appointment.
Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours, use oil-free cleansers, and gently comb lashes daily. Skip rubbing, waterproof mascara, and eyelash curlers to preserve bonds and extend the life of your volume refill between appointments.
When applied and maintained properly, volume touch ups should not damage natural lashes. Skilled technicians use light fans and appropriate adhesives; following aftercare and regular refill intervals minimizes stress and supports long-term lash health.
