Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Classic (single lashes).

Classic extensions generally retain well for two to three weeks as natural lashes shed. We recommend scheduling a 2–3 week refill to maintain fullness. Individual retention varies with lash cycle, aftercare, and oil exposure; proper cleansing prolongs wear.

Yes—when applied with a professional-grade, low-irritant adhesive and performed by a trained technician. Contact lens wearers should remove lenses during service. If you have sensitive eyes, request a patch test and tell us about allergies to ensure comfort.

A full Classic set typically takes 60–90 minutes including consultation and lash mapping. Refills are faster, usually 30–45 minutes depending on retention. We allow time for prep, precise one-to-one application, and adhesive curing to ensure optimal results.

You can wear non-waterproof mascara sparingly, but it’s not necessary with Classic lashes. Avoid waterproof formulas and oil-based removers, which break down adhesive. If you choose mascara, apply gently and remove with a lash-safe cleanser to prevent premature shedding.

Clean lashes daily with an oil-free, lash-safe cleanser and avoid oil-based products, heavy creams, steam, and excessive rubbing. Sleep on your back if possible and gently brush with a spoolie each morning. Schedule refills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

When applied correctly using a one-to-one technique and appropriate weight lashes, Classic extensions should not damage natural lashes. Proper application, professional removal, and sensible aftercare prevent stress. Improper removal or heavy styles can cause issues.
